New build, renovation or repair – I am on site regularly on your behalf: I follow all the works, coordinate the contractors, settle the details and send you a weekly report with photos.
After construction, I obtain the occupancy permit, collect the certificates and required documents and, if needed, arrange the official categorisation for holiday letting.
I organise maintenance, gardening and cleaning, pay utilities and bills on your behalf and look after tenants – for residential and commercial property.
I am a certified court interpreter for German. I translate contracts, register extracts and documents related to property and investment.

Day-to-day work on a building site needs someone who keeps track of everything: workforce schedules, contractors and subcontractors, delivery and storage of materials, and compliance with health and safety rules. I follow all of this on your behalf, coordinate everyone involved and settle the details on the spot.

I have worked in real estate for more than 20 years. From 2011 I worked at Real-Treuhand Croatia d.o.o. and R.T. Centar d.o.o., where I led a team of 14 and was responsible for project development, construction monitoring, sales and shopping centre management – from leasing and maintenance to permits and certificates. I have managed the sale of projects worth a total of EUR 3 million and took part in the EUR 14 million expansion of a shopping centre through to its sale.
I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and a permanent court interpreter for German since 2014. I hold a master's degree in German language and literature and am a doctoral candidate at the University of Mostar. I work with clients in English, German and Croatian.
I lead every project personally. Many of my clients do not live in Croatia, so I know how much it matters to have someone on the ground you can trust and who keeps you informed.
